Aventura Wash and Wax provides on-premises mobile vehicle cleaning, detailing, washing, waxing, and related services ("Services"). Services are performed at a location designated by the customer and are subject to availability, weather conditions, and site suitability.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, unlawful, or unsuitable for proper service.

2. Scheduling & Availability

• Same-day service is offered when available but is not guaranteed.
• Appointment times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or prior jobs.
• We may reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including severe weather or equipment issues.

3. Customer Responsibilities

By booking our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and location information.
• Ensure the vehicle is legally parked and accessible.
• Obtain permission from property owners, HOAs, or management if required.
• Ensure access to the vehicle (keys if needed, unlocked doors if requested).
• Remove personal or valuable items from the vehicle prior to service.

We are not responsible for delays or incomplete service due to failure to meet these responsibilities.

4. Water & Power Usage

Unless otherwise agreed in advance, Services may require access to the customer’s water and/or electrical power. You grant permission for reasonable use of these utilities during the service.

5. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are as listed on our website or as quoted at booking.
• Prices may vary based on vehicle size, condition, or requested add-ons.
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept approved payment methods listed on our website.

Failure to pay may result in refusal of future service.

6. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations must be made with reasonable notice.
• Failure to be present, provide access, or respond at the scheduled time may be considered a no-show.
• We reserve the right to charge a cancellation or no-show fee where permitted by law.

7. Satisfaction & Re-Service

If you are not satisfied with the Service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion. We may, at our discretion, offer a re-service or partial refund. Claims made after this period may not be honored.

8. Pre-Existing Conditions & Damage Disclaimer

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

• Pre-existing scratches, dents, rust, peeling paint, faded clear coat, or interior wear.
• Mechanical or electrical issues.
• Fragile, loose, or aftermarket parts.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that some vehicles may have existing conditions that limit cleaning results.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Aventura Wash and Wax shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aventura Wash and Wax from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Unsafe or unlawful service locations.
• Third-party claims related to the service location.
